I just realized it has been a really long time since I’ve done an introduction on here…as in years. So I decided it’s time to change that! Plus the last time I made an introduction blog post my life was a little different.
I am not a fan of talking about myself so bear with me please! My name is Christine and I am a high school senior and family photographer who specializes in bright, joyful portraits.
I grew up in Lakeland, Florida but I have lived in Riverview, Plant City, and Fishhawk. My business is rooted in Plant City but I am more than happy to serve families and high school seniors in the surrounding cities.
I am married and we have one little boy together; my miracle baby…but that is a whole different blog post lol. I will say, though, he is the reason I know how precious and cherished families are…and he is the reason why I am SO sentimental.
Because I am an extremely sentimental person which definitely flows into my photography and what I offer. I am also a lover of all things strawberries, Taylor Swift and cats. We live in a 1950s farmhouse that we’re slowing renovating and we have 9 chickens who I adore.
Alright, now that the more awkward parts are out of the way. I can talk about my photography!
I specialize in bright, colorful, joyful portraits. I do not focus on trends when it comes to editing…I focus on how I want those images to feel. When I look at a picture I’ve taken, I want the viewer to FEEL happy. I want them to smile and feel good.
Which is basically the roots of my photography. I want people to feel good about themselves, to feel happy and full of joy. I want them to feel seen and confident…I want them to see how beautiful they are; exactly as they are right now.
I want them to look at their pictures and FEEL that happiness.
I want them to have that emotional connection to their images. Which is one of the reasons I started including physical print products, like mounted prints and photo albums, in every single session. You will not leave a session with JUST the digital images.
I do include the digital images WITH the print products…but you can not just get one or the other. Because I am passionate about you and your family having heirloom art that you can pass down through the years to your future generations. Again, this goes back to me being a really sentimental person.
